This person should be a self starter and highly motivated individual who works well with limited supervision. Experience selling to the retail sector and proven knowledge of selling is highly desirable. Must have verifiable successful track record and be willing to travel 20%.

Sr. Application Developer in visual programming languages to aid company in transitioning from SYNON AS400 application to Lansa Web application. Applicant should have 7+ years experience in Cobol and VB or other visual languages, experience in following the software development life cycle and strong knowledge of software engineering and applying database methodologies, techniques, and tools. Must be a self-starter and able to effectively work with multiple small and dynamic teams.

As a Senior Application Developer, you should be able to:

• Code and test software systems based on program specifications and standards.
• Produce necessary documentation.
• Perform quality assurance and testing at the unit level and acceptance testing.
• Assist in writing user and technical documentation.
