| As part of our ongoing training efforts, FMS has developed several courses that are designed to teach you how to use your retail applications and help improve productivity.
Classroom Training
Traditional classroom training sessions are offered at FMS' corporate offices in Pasadena, Maryland. The classroom setting is the ideal location to gain a solid foundation in FMS modules, while benefiting from the knowledge and expertise of the FMS training staff. Courses range from introductory information and setup to advanced topics, and provide you with the opportunity to get hands-on product experience and to share in interactive discussions and activities with other attendees.
Web Training
New online training options enable you to enjoy the benefits of FMS training from the comfort and convenience of your own desk. Web courses are led by the same knowledgeable staff as our classroom courses, but are designed to address more condensed topics. Students simply follow their screens as information changes over the course of the review. This is a great medium for students who are familiar with FMS but may not be familiar with a particular module.
On-Site Customized Training
On-site training at your store or office may be the most effective and efficient option if you have multiple staff members at the same location with similar training needs. On-site training allows for increased flexibility in determining which dates are best suited for your needs. This option also lends itself to a more customized training atmosphere.
