FMS announced this week the promotion of four key leaders and multiple new career opportunities across the US and Canada.
[Fort Lauderdale, Florida, October 2020] — The announcement comes as FMS sees continued growth with recent acquisitions. These strategic appointments will play a vital role in supporting the company’s increasing client base.
“With the recent growth at FMS, we are beginning to look at the structure needed to expand our operations while offering an employee-friendly environment and stellar customer service,” said Robert Graybill, FMS CEO. “This growth requires modifications in our existing management approach to ensure our path to success.”
Gary Bickmore has been promoted to Chief Strategic Officer
As FMS’s new CSO, he will continue to lead third-party strategic relationships and FMS ongoing growth strategy while overseeing all FMS’s apps clients. Gary joined the FMS leadership team earlier this year as VP of Strategic Alliances.
FMS is also announcing Don Heinerichs’s promotion to VP of Application Services, reporting directly to Gary Bickmore.
Having served as the company’s Director of User Experience, Don will be responsible for managing the Application’s clients and ensuring our outstanding customer service. “For the past seven years, Don has worked performing installations for FMS, working as a BA, and managing the help desk for internal and external customers. His extensive knowledge of FMS’s Application services clients is an excellent addition to our leadership team,” mentioned Graybill.
A Separate Department for Payroll Taxes
With the new developments, FMS is separating the Payroll Tax Department from the Application Services for Payroll. Karen Kulp will be promoted to lead the Payroll Tax Department. Marion Nicholson will continue to lead the Application Services for Payroll.
In addition to these executive and management promotions, FMS is looking to expand its financial services team with new Accountants and Senior Accountants across multiple locations.
“As we continue to adapt to changes in our business environment, we will be adapting our structure and reorganizing our teams to become more efficient and better serve our clients,” Graybill concluded.
